YES!!! Just had my Gelare after the run muahahahaha... must start to find all the fatty food and start stuffing them.

Potato chips... blah blah blah

I din really sleep much last night, my heart was not excited or wat but just could not get to sleep till 3. In the end I slept less than an hour and had to wake up for the run. Apparently, my markers for the timing for each km went haywire after I realised I only start after 4min! Idiot.. Kinda panic and all my timing went haywire after I started. For once, my sm training pay off wahaha and take the advice of running the first half slightly slower. In the end, I was passing by a lot of people at the 30km mark. I think I was kinda going psycho, my legs were cramping up at the 30km and yet I din stop. I slap some deep heat at the 36km mark and it lasted me till around 39 where finally I stop to stretch myself upon knowing I cannot hit 4hr 30min. 

I continued and cross at slightly over 4.40 which although was kinda better than what I expected but again I miss 4.40 which was shit.

Does not matter how long u finish...the process of completing it is the most important
